so i've been doing a lot of random things lately, mainly just hanging out playing the new guitar hero, and as soon as i got it, i found out about guitar hero: metallica. world tour is pretty rad, but the metallica one is probably gonna stomp it into the ground. usually the metallica songs are some of the hardest, except for the dragonforce ones, which world tour is lacking right now, until they release a song pack for it. some other stuff i've been doing is taking some real estate classes at the local college, and we're actually learning about this huge thing right now, it's called a "Short Pay Refinance" and everyone's all about it at the moment. i work at a local real estate office as an intern, and the one site we're sending everyone to at the moment is http://www.savemymansion.com. there you can find all the info on a "Short Pay Refinance" and other terminology such as being "Upside-down" on your home, which means owing the bank more than the value of your home. it's been pretty chill though, i mean as chill as it can be for being an intern, and going to school.
